Eric Hempler obtained an Associates Degree in Real Estate at Dakota County Technical College in 2002 and also activated his Real Estate License at that same time. While working for several different Real Estate Companies he has flipped homes on the side and has acted as his own Realtor till 2008 where he decided to shift his focus to working as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty. Some of the positions he had as he bought and sold fixer uppers included Accounting, Remodeler, Leasing, Maintenance, Maintenance Supervisor, Carpenter, Appraiser and Apartment Manager. These various trades have also lent to a very unique way of working with buyers and sellers.
