Eric Hempler earned his Associates Degree in Real Estate from Dakota County Technical College in 2002 and worked primarily in Property Management for multi family and single family rental property. A few years later he switched gears and worked as Commercial Appraiser for his dad at Newcombe, Hansen, Hempler as well as various roles for his fathers apartment building. On the side he flipped a few homes and eventually decided to work as a Realtor after his son was born. Eric and wife, Nicole, have two kids and his hobbies include Home Remodeling, Blackjack, Poker, Horse Racing, Baseball, Child Development, Grilling, Investing, Music Theory, Economics, Photography and Current Events. He still play his Sax from time to time and listens primarily to Jazz and Blues Music. His all time favorite musician is Miles Davis with John Coltrane in a close second.
