Expectations for the Real Estate Spring Market in Lake Homes is continued decline in inventory and prices leveling off.

The Lake Minnetonka Area saw the Median Sales Price fall 6% in 2011 from 2010, down 19% from peak and down 2% from 2003. The Median Sales Price currently sits at about $274,000.
